Rooms and Rates

Room rates start at $145 per night plus tax.


Amenities for all rooms include:

The Gardenia Room - $ 145. plus tax
Originally the Library or Music Room - This first floor room, located in the round turret, faces east and has a queen size bed.  The adjoining bathroom includes a classic shower/bathtub combination.

The Hydrangea Room - $ 165. plus tax

Rumored to be the original owner's son's room - This spacious, rounded room faces east and is located on the second floor.  It features a Victorian in-room sink and a Queen-size bed.  The bathroom includes a 48” walk-in shower.

The Rose Room - $ 175. plus tax 
The original owner's Master Bedroom - One of our prettiest rooms, the Rose Room is a guest favorite. Located on the second floor, it is a bright romantic room with a Queen-size bed.  It faces southeast and is filled with the morning sunshine.  The bath includes a classic shower/bathtub combination. 
 
The Wisteria Room - $ 185. plus tax ( PHOTO IS NOT AVAILABLE)
 
 Please note:  The Wisteria Room is currently being re-decorated and will be available soon.
 
Thought to be the original owner's daughter's room - Located on the second floor,this cheerful octagonal-shaped room has a large picture window and Queen-size bed.  It faces west and has access to the large deck with Hudson River views.

The Magnolia Room - $ 205. plus tax
In Victorian times, the best room was always for guests.  Originally the guest room, this spacious second floor room with a Queen-size bed has a private, old-fashioned enclosed porch that opens out onto the large public deck with breath-taking Hudson River views.  It faces southwest and is a great spot for breakfast or enjoying the sunset.  A large, elegant bath includes a classic shower/bathtub combination.

Please Note: 
Check-in is between 3 and 8pm.  Guests checking in at other times, must make prior arrangement with the innkeeper.

Check out is 11am.  Late check out is available only by prior arrangement for an additional fee of $25.

 

Occupancy - Rates are based on double occupancy.  Some rooms can accommodate an additional guest.  Please call for details.  There is a $25 charge for an additional occupant, per night.  The maximum occupancy allowed in any room is 3 guests.  Call for more information.

 

Cancellation Policy - One nights deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the balance due upon check-in.  This deposit is non-refundable.  For cancellations made no later than 2 weeks prior to the reservation date, guests may reschedule their stay based on availability.

 

Mastercard and Visa are accepted.

 

A two-night minimum stay is required for some rooms and special weekends.  One night stays are sometimes available, please call to inquire.

 

All rates are subject to Dutchess County and NY State sales taxes.
