is a short 10 minute walk from the Beacon train station which is served by Metro North trains out of New York City's Grand

To walk to Botsford Briar from the train station:
Exit the train from the rear (south end)
Use the underpass to cross to the west side of tracks, the
town side, NOT the river side
Walk straight
out of the train station up the hill and up the stairs to Beekman Street
Make left onto Beekman Street
Make
3rd left onto High Street
Walk to top of hill
Botsford Briar is #19 on left
Please note: If you want to avoid the hill on High Street:
Follow directions above, but instead of making 3rd left onto High Street,
Continue on Beekman Street to traffic light
Make left onto Rt 9D
Make 1st left
onto Tompkins Ave
Make 1st left onto High
Street

Driving Directions:
From NYC Area - West side of Hudson River:
Take Palisades Parkway North to end
At rotary, take 6 East/202 across Bear Mountain Bridge
Stay left at end of bridge
Turn left
onto Route 9D North
Continue 16.5 miles north
on Route 9D into the city of Beacon
Go past
traffic light at Beekman Street (Beacon City Hall) and stay left
Make next left onto Tompkins Ave.
Make
first left onto High Street
Third house on
right, #19
Park on the street or in the driveway
From NYC Area - East side of the Hudson River:
North on Route 684 to exit 9W, I-84 West
Take
I-84 West past exit 12 and stay right
Exit
11 comes up suddenly around a curve
Take Exit
11 -Beacon (last exit before bridge)
Left
off exit onto Route 9D South
Go around a curve
Go straight through the light at Verplank Ave.
Make the first right onto Tompkins Ave.
Make first
left onto High Street
